Welcome back! Hope everyone had a fantastic summer! Our special guest speaker this month is the famous Kato Hiroshige from Seto! His family’s kiln dates all the way back to 1656. They were even protected by the Tokugawa Shogunate so that they could make tea ceramony wares for Nagoya Castle. Today, Kato Hiroshige offers pottery classes at Kasen, his family’s pottery studio. He’s bringing his equipment and will show us how he can turn a piece of clay into a work of art! Feel free to invite guests! Guest fee: 500yen
Lunch will be at Sotobori Punch about a 7 minute walk from Will Aichi. Lunch set costs 950yen.
