Our next general meeting is, Friday October 7th from 10am-12pm at Will Aichi Women’s Center (phone number: 052-962-2511, access map: http://will-aichi.c-3.jp/english/e-map.html) in the first floor conference room – the first conference room on the right from the lobby. Registration begins at 9:30 am. For those who are interested, we will go out for lunch after the meeting – details to be provided at the meeting.

Our October meeting will feature Ms. Takako Yoshino, a Kimono specialist and a Japanese craft teacher. She recycles used kimono and obi to make a variety of crafts. She also recycles Hina Dolls. Ms. Yoshino will be teaching us a craft made out of used kimono fabric and obi.

Becoming a Member
If you are interested in becoming a CCEA member for the remaining of this year, please read the following information. To sign up, there are two requirements: filling out the electronic membership form and paying the annual dues. Membership dues are half of the total yearly dues since we are halfway through the year, so 2500 yen will be due. Please note, we are currently at our 50 Japanese 50 non-Japanese capacity for membership at this time. Due to room restrictions, we have the maximum number of members set, but we would love to welcome you to our community!
