Annual Membership Fee:
¥2500 (January to June or July to December)
¥5000 (Full Year)

Membership spaces are limited, we will accept registrations and payments on a first-come, first-served basis until all spaces are filled. Membership is not confirmed until payment has been received. Maximum 130 membersip.

Payments can be made in the exact amount of cash at the February 3rd General Meeting or via bank transfer.
Please pay your membership dues by Friday, February 16, 2023. If payment isn’t received or other arrangements haven’t been made by February 17, 2023, your membership space is forfeited.

Non-members can attend general meetings and some interest groups for a guest fee of 500 yen.

CCEA is a non-profit organization. Membership fees cover the cost of monthly general meetings, activities, and CCEA running operations. i.e., room rental, insurance, etc. There are no general meetings in January, July, or August.

Interest group activities’ costs are separate and vary depending on the subject matter and event. Members have priority over non-members if there is a space limitation.
